Roll call showed the follovdng officers present: Mayor Davis, Commissioners Henson and Masters, Attorney Conniff and Clerk Hawkins. The mirmtes of the previous session were read and approved. Under the head of Introduction of Resolutions the following.resolution was introduced: RESOLUTION CREATING "CITYWIDE SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION FUND" WHEREAS, A citywide ooncrete sidewalk projeot has been approved by the Works Progress Administration, known as O.P. #465-93-1-191, W.P.A., Work Project No. 2189, wherein property owners pay for the cost of all material used in the construction of the said sidewalks and all labor used on the project is furnished by the Works Progress Administration, and I WHEREAS, It appears that for conver~ence of records and accounting that a fund should be created for the construction of said improvement, and that it should be known as the "Citywide Sidewalk Construction fund",' and all funds received by the City Treasurer from the property owners for the construction of sidewalks under.said project sh014d be credited to said fund. NOW, THEllEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That a fund be, and said fund is hereby created, to be known as the "Citywide Sidewalk Constrliction Fund", into which all funds received by the City Treasurer from property owners for the construction of sidewalks under the above described project be deposited and oredited and hte City Clerk is hereby instructed to draw all warrants in payment for material used in the construction of said sidewalks on said fund. I It was moved by Connnissioner IfJasters that the foreAioing resolution be adopted. Seconded by Commissioner Henson. On roll call all members voted aye. The ayor declared the motion carried.
