Jacobus, Superintendent of the parking meter department of Yal<irr.a and l:r. Cedarwall, represer,tative of 1:. H. Hhodes Company, spoke before the Commission regarding p3rlcing meters, the installation, operation, and ~nticipeted revenue. Also their effect on traffic control. After lengthy discussion, it was .moved ~y COr:Jr.lissioner Steele that the Gi ty start the oreration of nelVly installed p3rking meters August 12, 1946. Seconded by COI!L~.issioner Johnson.
