Roll call showed the follo,ving officers present: Commissioners Henson and Masters, Attorney Conniff and Clerk Hawkins. The minutes of the previous session were read and approved. Under the head of Applications for Licenses the follmving were granted: Mrs. Mabel Haller, 1 Beauty Parlor Chair The Leader Beauty Shop, 2 Beauty Parlor chairs Mrs. D. W. Chamberlain, 1 Beauty Parlor Chair Mamie's Beauty Shop, 2 Chairs Mrs. Eunice Thomas, 1 Beauty Parlor Chair Hansen I s Beauty Salon, 2 Chairs D. H. Ploof, Barber Shop, 3 Chairs 1.00 2.00 1.00 2.00 1.00 2.00 3.00 Dr. .1. E. Powers asked for and was granted a leave of absence as oity and county Health Officer for a period of six months, and Dr. K. U.Soderstrom was appointed to fill the vacancy during his absenoe.
