Roll call sh0\1ed the following officers present: M~or Davis, Commissioner Henson, Asst. City ~ttorney Taylor and Clerk HaVln ns . The minutes of the previous session Vlere read and approved. .Under the head of Applic~tions for Building Permits and Licenses the following were granted: Thelma Davidson, Construct Garage and Woodshed, Lot 13, Blk. 205, Townsite Jack Y~ller, Restaurant Benjamin's Restaurant, Restaurant Elk Drug Co., Soft Drink Fry Dnig Co." Rauch, 1 Beauty Parlor Chair Under the head of Introduction of Resolutions the follmving resolution was introduced: RESOLUTION 200.00 IS.OO 15.00 5.00 5.00 5.00 3.00 1.00 1.00 1.00 1.00 2.00 2.00 1.00 1.00 I I .W!{EREAS, The State Highvrny Department has painted traffic stripes for 2.6 mile of the Olympic,Highway in the City of Port Angeles, which is properly chargeable to the fund credited to the City of Port Angeles and held by the State Treasurer. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the State Treasurer be and he is hereby authorized and requested to > transfer from the gas tax of the City of Port Angeles to the proper State Highway fund a sum sufficient to cov?r the cost of painting the traffic stripes above referred to. It was moved by Mayor Davis that the foregoing resolution be adopted. Seconded by Commissioner Henson. On roll call all members voted aye. The Mayor declared the mction carried.
