The Commission met in regular session at 10 A.M. and Vias called to order by Mayor Davis. Roll call sh0\1ed

.W!{EREAS, The State Highvrny Department has painted traffic stripes for 2.6 mile of the Olympic,Highway in
the City of Port Angeles, which is properly chargeable to the fund credited to the City of Port Angeles
and held by the State Treasurer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the State Treasurer be and he is hereby authorized and requested to
> transfer from the gas tax of the City of Port Angeles to the proper State Highway fund a sum sufficient
to cov?r the cost of painting the traffic stripes above referred to.
It was moved by Mayor Davis that the foregoing resolution be adopted. Seconded by Commissioner Henson.
On roll call all members voted aye. The Mayor declared the mction carried.
