Dwelling, Lt. 11, Elk. 227, Townsite Ramodel house, Lt. 14, Blk. 109, Townsite Soft Drink Second Hand Dealer 1 Baauty Parlor Chair 5.00 15.00 1.00 ;iUnder the head of introduction of resolutions, the following were introduced: RESOLU'fION illJEREAS, the City of Port Angeles is the owner of the following described real property, having acquired the. same by Treasurer's deed, dated August 9, 1945, umer and by virtue of the authority of Section 9393 of .Remington's Revised statutes, Chapter 143 of the Laws of 1929, page 365, to-wit: Lots Eleven (n) and '!Welve (12), Blod<: One Hundred Sixty-two (162), Townsite of Port Angeles, Washington, and WHEREAS, W. IV. Estes has offered to purchase the above described real property fvom the City of Port Angeles for the sum of $400 .00, and WHEREAS, The City Commission has viewed the said property and is of the Op1nlOn that the offer is fair value'and at this time it is the best interest of the City that it should be accepted and the sale made. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the said offer be accepted and that the City of Port Angeles sell the said property at private sale to the said W. W. Estes, for the sum hereinabove set fort~, subject ~ a~' other' valid liens against the same; that the City Attorney be instructed to prepare a quit claim deed i conveying said property to the purchaser, and that the City Clerk of the City of Port Angeles be and he is I hereby instructed to execute said quit claim deed, and that the !layor of the City 0 f Port Angeles be and he I is hereby inStructed to countersign said quit claim deed. I RESO LU1'ION WHEREAS, The City of Port Angeles is the owner of the following described real property, having acquired the same by Treasurer's deed dated August 21, 1945, urrler and by virtue of the authority of Section 9393 of I Remington I s Revised Statutes, Chapter 143 of the Laws of 1929, page 365, to-wit: , Lot One (1), Block One Hundred Twenty-four (124) of D. W. Morse's Subdivision of I Suburban Lot No. 8 of the Government Townsite of Port Angeles, Washington, and WHEREAS, Fred E. Stewart has offered to purchase the above described real property from the City of Port I Angeles for the sum of $100 .00, paYable in cash on delivery of deed, and I 1'IHEREAS, The City Collllllission has viewed the said property and is of I!;'he opinion that the offer is fair value and is in excess of the amount paid ~J the said City for said property, plus all L.I.D. assessments including all interest and other charges against the same. I Nail, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the s<\id offer be accepted and that the City of Port Angeles sell the : said property at private sale to the said Fred E. I It was moved by Commissioner Masters that the foregoing resolutions becapproved and adopted. Seconded by i COllllllissioner Beam. Roll call showed all members voting Aye.
