The Commission met in regular session at 10:00 A.M. and was called to order by Mayor Davis. Roll call
showed the following officers present: Mayor Davis, Commissioners Beam and Masters, Attorney Conniff and
Clerk Hawkins.
The minutes of the previous session were read and approved.
Under applications for Building Pennit s and Licenses the folloVling wer 2 granted:

WHEREAS, The City of Port Angeles is the owner of the following described property in the City of Port .
{Angeles , to-wit:
Lot Fifteen (15), Block One Hundred Forty-three (145), Townsite
of Port IAngeles, Clallam County, Washington,
whioh said property has been acquired by the City on foreclosure of delinquent local improvement assess-
ments under Chapter 205 of the Session Laws of 1927, and,
V/HERE~.S, The City CollU!li.ssion has viewed the property and find the offer is fair value for the property
and exceeds the amount of the delinquent local assessments and general taxes paid by the Gity.
1~IEREAS, Karl Lindekrantz has offered to purchase the said property above described for the sum of Sixty
($60.00) Dollars, payable in casr. on delivery of deed, and
NOW, THEP.EFORE, BE IT RiSOIVED, That the said offer be accepted and that the City of Port Angeles, sell
the said property at private sale to the said Karl Lindekrantz for the sum hereinabove set forth, subject
to any valid liens against the same; that the City Attorney be instructed to prepare a deed conveying
said property to the purchaser, and the "ity Treasurer be authorized to execute the s aid deed in accordance
with the provisions of this resolution and Chapter 275, Session Laws of 1927, when the purchase price and
, all accrued interest thereon has boon paid in full.
It was moved by Commissioner Uasters that the foregoing resolution be approved and adopted. Seconded
by Commissioner Beam. On roll call all members voted aye. The Mayor declared the motion carried.
There being no further business the Commission then adjourned.
