Roll call showed the following officers present: Mayor Robinson, Commissioner Masters and Clerk Hawkins. The minutes of the previous session were read and approved. Under the head of Applications for Building Permits and Licenses the following wer3 granted: George A. AN ORDINANCE creating a "State Aid F\m:I" and creating a "War Liquor Tax Fund". Under the head of Unfinished Business: The City Clerk reported that pursuant to the published call, bids for the purchase of Lots 7 & 8, Block 101, Townsite of Port Angeles, Washington, were on file as follows: J. M. Davis Glen R. Brisbin $575.00 510.00 I After due consideration it was moved by Commissioner Masters that the bid of Glen R. Brisbin be accepted and the Clerk be instructed to prepare a resolution authorizine the sale to him. Seconded by Mayor Robinson. I On roll call all memba rs voted aye. ine Mayor declared the motion carried.
