Proceedings of the City Commission of the City of Port Angeles, Washington

The Commission met in regular session at 10 A.!/.. and was called to order by Mayor Epperson. Roll call
l,revealed the following present: Mayor Epperson, Commissioner Johnson, Attorney Wilson and Clerk Law.
The minutes of the previous session were read and approved.
Under the head of applications for building permits and licenses the following were granted:

At this time K. O. Erickson and MrS. N. P. Gribble, heading a delegation from the vicinity of 10th and Chase i
Streets appeared before the Commission regarding the dusty and undesirable condition of streets. Commissione'r
Johnson replied that liquor and equipment were not evailable in quantities to attend all streets regularly, '
but agreed to settle dust as soon as possible.

A request by School District No. 7 was presented to the Commission for the vacation of the alley between
Fourth and Fifth Streets from <Chase Street west to the east boundary of Lots 8 and 11, in Block 169, and it
~ras decided that a resolution would be intl110duced at the next session to set the date of hearing.

Ernest and Kenneth Lindell, having sold their interest in Rose's place to Stanley Sandberg, requested in writing
that their City licenses be transferred to the purchaser. It was moved by !;ayor Epperson that the request
be granted. Seconded by Commissioner Johnson. All voted Aye. Motion carried.

:rhe second estimate for material f\lrnished by Angeles Gravel and Supply Company in the amount of $1,229.18
was submitted by the Engineer and approved by the Commission.
IInder the head of introdnction of resolutions for the sale of real property by the City, the following was
introduced:

it was moved by CommisSioner Johnson that the-~ foregoing resolution be approved and adopted. Seconded by
Mayor Epperson. All voted Aye. Motion carried.
