Roll call l,revealed the following present: Mayor Epperson, Commissioner Johnson, Attorney Wilson and Clerk Law. The minutes of the previous session were read and approved. O. Erickson and MrS. N. P. Gribble, heading a delegation from the vicinity of 10th and Chase i Streets appeared before the Commission regarding the dusty and undesirable condition of streets. Commissione'r Johnson replied that liquor and equipment were not evailable in quantities to attend all streets regularly, ' but agreed to settle dust as soon as possible. I I , Ernest and Kenneth Lindell, having sold their interest in Rose's place to Stanley Sandberg, requested in writing that their City licenses be transferred to the purchaser. It was moved by !;ayor Epperson that the request be granted. Seconded by Commissioner Johnson. All voted Aye. Motion carried. I; :rhe second estimate for material f\lrnished by Angeles Gravel and Supply Company in the amount of $1,229.18 was submitted by the Engineer and approved by the Commission. IInder the head of introdnction of resolutions for the sale of real property by the City, the following was introduced: II Maurice E. and Hilda ll. Doine , Lots 19 & 20, Blk. 155; Townsite 525.00 it was moved by CommisSioner Johnson that the-~ foregoing resolution be approved and adopted. Seconded by Mayor Epperson. All voted Aye. Motion carried.
