Proceedings of the City Commission of the City of Port Angeles, Washington

The Commission met in regular session at 10 A.!.'. and was called to order by Mayor j)avis. Roll call
showed the following officers present: Mayor Davis, Conm1issioners Henson and '~asters, Attorney Conniff
and Clerk Jlawkins.
The minutes of the previous session were read and approved.
Under the head of Applications for Buildine Perni ts and Ucenses the followine were granted:
Middleton & kiggs, Alteration of House, Lot 5, Elk. 75, Townsite
James M Mack, Construct Garage, Let 15, Blk. 158, Townsite

Under the head of Reading and Passage of Ordinances, the following Ordin:mce was read by title and placed
on its second and third readings:
AN ORDINANCE stating facts constituting an emergency, requiring expenditures which could not reasonably
have been foreseen at the time of making the budget; declaring an emergency and providing for the issuance
of emergency warrants.
It was moved by Commissioner Masters that the foregoing ordinance be placed on its final reading and
adopted. Seconded by Commissioner Henson. On roll call all members voted 8.,ye. The Mayor declared the
motion carried.
Under the head of New Business, the Commission instructed the Gtty Attorney to notify the Board of County
Commissioners of Clallam County to put in a new sidewalk on Uncoln Street in front of theG.A.I\. Hall,
the property being described as Lot la, Block 169, Toralsite of Port Angeles.
