The Commission met in regular session at 10 a.m. and was clled to order .Y Ma~or
Davis. Roll oall showed the following officers present.Hayor Davis ,Commissioners Beam
and Filion ,Attorney ,Plummer and Clerk Hawkins.
The minutes of the previous session were read and approved.
Applications for licenses were granted as fOllows,-

BOD Scott, Cleaning and pressing 5.00
El Toro Resturant, Brady and Clark proprietors, License to June 30,1933 to sell
Beer and Hine v/hich may De consumed on the premises 75.00
Police J~dge Thos Geisness reported 9 cases tried and ~47.00 collected in fines
for the month of August 1933. Heport ordered filed.
The Commission examined and allowed the fOllowing claims and ordered warrants drawn
for same,-

Under the head of Introduction of Ordinanoes the following ordinance was introduced
an plaoed on its First and Second reading,-
AN ORDINANCE,Providing for the issue of negotiaDle Donds of the city of Port Angeles
and Dorrowing money thereon for the purpose of reconstruction of the Iridges on Eight
Street over Valley Creek Guloh and Tumwater Creek Guloh in the City of Port Angeles;
Declaring the said proposition to ee one of striotly municipal purpose and sUlmitting the
same to the qualified voters of the City of Port Angeles at a speoial eleotion; and
Deolaring an emergency.
There leing no further Dusiness the Commission then adjourned.
