Roll call showed the followi."1.g officers present: l!ayor Robinson, COJDIJissioners Beam.:. nd Masters J Attorney-Johnston and Clerk Hawkins. The minutes of the previous session Ylere read and approved. Under the head of Applications for Building Permits and Licenses the following were granted: Ed Elterich, Rebuild Garage, Lot 4, Block ~68, Townsite Frank E. RObideAu, Build Woodshed and Garage, Lot 14, Block ~~2, Townsite F. IV. Phillips, Police Judge, reported 16~ cases tried and $873. ED collected August, 1945. Report ordered filed. 50.00 100.00 in fines for t he month of Under the head of Introduction of Resolutions the following resoluticns were introduced: 'I RESOLUTION WHEREAS, The City of Port Angele" is the owner of the following described real property, having acquired I the same by Treasurer's deed dated July 15, 1943, under and qy virtue of the authority of Section 9593 of iRemingtonts ReVi;:~e:;;;::~;~i:;;;;;r~;;5H::d::: ::::n::_:::9;1:::eo:6::et:::::~te of Port WHEREAS, R. O. McNamara has offered to purchase the abive described real property from the City of Port Angeles fcr the su~ of $175.00, payable as follows: $17.50 as a down payment and $10.00 on or before the ~Oth day of October, 1943, and $10.00 on or before the 20th day of each and every month thereaft~r until paid in full, interest to be computed on monthly balances at the rate of 7% per amum ,and paid with the monthly installments, and WHEREAS, The City Commission has viewed the said property and is of the oplmon that the offer is fair value and that at t his time it is ~o the best interest of the City that it should be accepted and the salemade. NOW, THEREtOliE, BE IT RESOLVED that the said offer be accepted and that the City of Port Angeles sell the said property at private sale to the said R. O. Mc~amara for the sum hereinabove set forth, subject to any valid liens against the salT.e; that the City Attor'ney be instructed to pre~lTe a quit claim deed conve~-ing said property to the purchaser, and that the City "lerk 0: t.he City of Port Angeles be, and ha is hereqy instructed to execut.e said quit cla.im deed; and that the Mayor of the Cit.y of rort Angeles be, and he is hereby instructed to countersign said quit claim deod Ylhen the pUr'chase ?rice and all 8ecrued interest thereon has been paid in full. RESOLUTION WHEHEASi The ::ity of Port Ar.geles is the ow-er of the folle,'ring described real pro;2 rty, having acquired the same qy Treasurer's deed dated September 2, 1943, under and by virtue of the authorit;,' of Section ,9395 of Hemiogton's Revised Statutes, Chapter 143 of the Laws of 19:<9, page 365, to-wit: lots Ten (10), Eleven (11), Twelve (12), Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14), Block Two Hundred Seventy-five (:<75) of the Townsite of fort Angeles, Washington, and WHEREAS i J. W. Alstott has offered to purchase the a :,ove described real proporty from the City of Port Angela s for the sum of ~1~,5.00, and VllIEREAS, The City Commission has viewed the said property and is of the opinion that the cffer is f"ir valu~ $nd that at this time it is to the best interest of the City that it should be accepted and the sale made. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the said offer be accepted and that the City of l'ort Angeles sell the said property at private sale to the said J. W. Alstott for the sum hereinabove set jorth, subject to any valid liens against the same) that the City Attorney be instructed to prepar~ a quit claim deed conveying said property to the purchaser, "nd that. the City Clerk of the City o~ Port Angeles be, and he is hereqy instructed to execute said quit claim deed; and that the Mayor of the City of Port Angeles be, and he is hereby instructed to countersign said quit claim deed when the purchase price and all accrued interest thereon has beeu paid in full. It was moved by COIllllissioner Masters that the foregoing resoluticn be approved and adopted. Seconded by Commissioner' Beam. On Roll call all members voted "ye. RESOLUTION WHEHEAS, The City of Port Angeles is the o.mer of the following described real property, having.Acquired the same by Treasurer's deed dated August 18, 1945, under and by ~irtue of thealthority of Section 9595 of Remington's Revised statutes, Chapter 145 of the Laws of 19~9, pAge 565, to-wit: Lot Six (6), Block TWo Rundred Eight (~08), Townsite of Port Angeles, washulgton, and WHEREAS, Jehn R. Beveridge has offer~d to purchase the sbove described real property frorr. the City of Port Angeles for the sum of $150.00, and WHEREAS, The City Conmission has viewed the said proJllSrty and is of tho opwlon that the offer is fair value and that at tlds time it is to the best interest of th~ City that it should be accepted and the sale made. NOW, TH';;EEFC1\E, BE IT RESOL-;'ED that the said offer be accepted and that the City of Porl Angeles sell the said property at private sale to the said John R.
