Roll call of ,officers showed the following present: Mayor Epperson, Commissioners Steele and Johnson, and Clerk Law. ,Minutes of the previous session were read and approved. It was the opinion of the, CoJmllission that building conformed 1lith Ordinance req)lirements, and Committee was referred to City Attorney. An offer from Wm. Early to sell cemetery lots two to ten, inclusiw to the City for $22.50 was accepted. Cleims for damages to Hugo and Sylvia Hendrickson were preswted to the Commission and ordered referred to ithe City Attorney. 'The report of Police Judge Taylor for the month of August showing 137 court cases tried and fines of ,$l,992.00 collected was approved and ordered filed. ['Light Supt. Reservations ,will be pleced for all desiring to attend. 'Another committee appeared before the Commission regarding a petition filed requesting construction of culvert, sewer, and fill in alley between First and Second Streets, east of Lincoln Street. ',Johnson that any available funds should be used for more important improvements.
