I CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Whidden called the meeting to order at 7:03 P.M. for the purpose of I
discussing 1986 Goals and objectives.
II ROLL CALL
Members Present: Mayor Whidden, Councilmen Gerberding, Hordyk, Quast,
Schermer, Stamon.
Members Agsent: Councilman Haguewood.
Staff Present: Manager F10dstrom, Attorney Knutson, P. Carr, M. Cleland,
J. Marsh, L. Glenn, J. Pittis, R. Orton.

1986 Goals and Objectives
council and staff further discussed the 1986 Goals and Objectives for the
purpose of setting priorities to be addressed in the 1986 Preliminary
Budget, refining Goals and Objectives in the areas of Public Safety,
Transportation, Finance and Administration, and Community Development,
covering approximately 100 to 125 Goals and Objectives. At the close of I
the meeting, Manager Flodstrom indicated that these Goals and Objectives -.
would be listed and brought back before the Council at the September 17,
1985, regular Council meeting in the Information Packet, giving the Council
opportunity to further refine the list prior to the Council's finalization
of the list and the beginning of the establishment of the 1986 Budget,
based on the high-priority, short-range list of Goals and Objectives.
