I submit the follmving report and estimate upon the proposed improvement of: The streets lying
South of 8th Street to Lauridsen Boulevard and East of Lincoln Street to the break of Peabody Gulch by
iconstruction of concrete sidewalks, as set forth in detail in Resoiution No. 148 of the City Conunission,
which ha s been referred to me by your honorable body.

I~he Engineer also submitted the first and final estimate of labor and material furnished by Northwest Precote,
,~nc., for Cherry Hill seal coat. The amount due contractor was $5,764.70, as fifteen percent was retained
.'for thirty days. It was moved by l'ayor Epperson that the estimate be approved. Seconded by Commissioner
~ohnson. All members voted Aye. Motion carried.
