Dodge I City Engineer I~he Engineer also submitted the first and final estimate of labor and material furnished by Northwest Precote, ,~nc., for Cherry Hill seal coat. The amount due contractor was $5,764.70, as fifteen percent was retained .'for thirty days. It was moved by l'ayor Epperson that the estimate be approved. Seconded by Commissioner ~ohnson.
