The Commission met in regular session at 10 A.M. and was called to order by Mayor Beetle. Roll call
showed the following officers present: Mayor Beetle, Collllllissioners Heam and Lind, Attorney Conmff and
Clerk Hawkins.
The minutes of the previous session were read and approved.
Under the head of Applications for Building Permits and Licenses the following were granted:
Robert:Moffat, Build house, North 6 ~cres of Sub. Lot 120 2000.00
Philip B. Moria, Remodel House, Lot 5, Block 297, Townsite 150.00
Kenneth E. Schmidt, Add room to House, Lot 13, Block 323, TOwn. si~ (;. .,,_..1.]. _ 50.00

Under the head of New Business ,-
Jack tlenson appeared before the Commission representing the Port Angeles Salmon Club and asked the
approval of the l.ommission of a Sub-Lease, Washington Pulp and Paper Company to Port Angeles Salmon Club,
for part of Lot 8 of Ediz Hook Light House Reservation to be used by the balmon ~lub for the erection,
maintenance and operation of Club House and other equipment necessary for holding Salmon Derbies. lne
said property above referred to being now leased to the Washington Pulp and Paper Company. After duly
considering the matter it was moved by Commissioner Lind that the above proposed Sub-Lease be approved.
Seconded by Commissioner Beam. On roll call all members voted aye. The Mayor declared the motion
carried.
The Collllllission examined and allowed the following claims and ordered warrants drawn for same:
