The Commission met in regular session at 10 a.m. and was called to order by Mayor Davis. Roll call showed
the following officers present. Mayor Davis, Commissioner Henson, Attorney Conniff and Clerk Hawkins.
The minutes of the previous session were read and approved.
Under the head of applications for building permits and licenses the following were granted:

Under the head of Introduction of resolutions the following resolutions were introduced:
RESOLUTION
I
WBEREAS, the City of Port Angeles,is desirous of purchasing the following described real property
located lvithin the corporate limits of said City, to-wit:
Lot 10, Block Three (3), Doyle's Subdivieion of Suburban Lot Twenty (20) of the Townsite of Port
Angele s, Clallam County, Washirtgton;
in order to use the same for the purpose of a public pl~'ground and recreational center; and
WBEREAS, AlDis Rytina and Josephine Rytina, his wife, the owners of said property, have offered to se 1
the same to the City of Port Angeles for the sum of $117.37; and I
WBEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Port'Angeles has viewed the said property and is of the
opinion that the price above stated is a fair and just price for said property, and that it would be for the
best interests of the City of Port P,ngeles for said property to be purchased for said prlilce;
NOW, TlffiREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That said offer be accepted and that the City of Port Angeles purchase
the said property at private sale from the said AlDis R:rtina and Josephine Rytina, his wife, for the sum
hereinabove set forth, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to dr~{ a warrant in the sum
of $117.37 in favor of the silid Alois Rytina and Josephine Rytina, his wife, and deliver it to them upon
delivery by the said Alois Rutina and Josephine Rytina, his wife, to the City of Port Angeles, of a good
and sufficient warranty deed to the above described real property.
It was moved by Commissioner Henson that the foregoing resolution be approved and adopted. Seconded
by Mayor Davis. On roll call all members voted aye. The Meyor declared the motion carried.

RESOLUTION
~BEREAS, the City of Port Angeles is desirous of purchasing the following described real property
located within the corporate limits of the said City, to-wit:
Lets 38 and 39, Block Two (ZO) Doyle's Subdivision of Suburban Lot 20, Townsite of Port Angeles, .
ClaUam County, Washington;
in order to use the same for the purpose of a public playground and recreational center; and,
WHERE.AS, Herbert S. Walin and Grace J. Walin, his wife, the owners of said property, have offered to
sell the same to the City of Port AngeleR for the sum of $178.36; and
WlffiREAS, the City Commission of the City of Port Angeles has viewed the said property and is of the
opinion that the price above stated is a fair and just price for said property, and that it would be for
the best interests of the City of Port Angeles for said property to be purchased for said price;
NCW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVRD, That said offer be accepted and that the City of Port Angeles purchase
the said property at private sale from the said Herbert S. Walin and Grace J. Walin, his wife, for the
sum hereinabove set forth, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to dr@w a warrant in the
sum of $178.36 in favor of the said Herbert S. Walin and Grace J. Walin, his wife, and deliver it to them
upon deliver.f by the said Herbert S. Walin and Graco J. \Valin, his wife, to the City of Port Angeles, of
a good and sufficient warranty deed to the above described real property.

It was moved by Commissioner Henson that the above resolution be approved and adoptee!. Seconded by
Mayor Davis. On roll call all members voted eye. T~e M~'or declared the motion carried.
