Roll call showed the following officers present: Mayor Davis, Connnissioner Masters, Attorney COMiff and Clerk Hawkins . The minutes of the previous session were read and approved. Under the head of Applications for Building PennUs and Licenses the following were granted, R. W. Rigg, Woodshed and Garage, Lot 12, Block 51, Townsite David Joseph, Peddler's License, 1 day,October 6, 1959 :$240.00 10.00 I Under the head of Reading and Passage of urdinances, the following Ordinances were read by title and placed on their third readings and finally passed and adopted: AN ORDINANCE adopting and approving the City bIldget of and for the City of Port Angeles for the fiscal year, 1940, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by Commissioner Masters that the foregoing ordinance be placed on its final reading and adopted. Seconded by Mayor Davi s. On roll call all members voted '!/fe. The Mayor declared the motion carried . I AN ORDINANCE Confirming the estimate of expenditures for the City of Port Angeles for the year 1940, and fixing tax 1ev:le s for said year 1940 as heretofore made and levied by the City Conrnission meeting and sitting ,for that purpose on the 2nd day of Octoher, 1959, and declaring an emergency. It was moved by CoIlllllissioner Masters that the foregoing ordinance be placed on its final reading and adopted. Seconded by Mayor Davis. On roll call all members voted aye.
