Under the head of Applications for Licenses the follo'.'l1ng was gr,mted: M&C Grill, Restaurant 11. e5 Under ~he Head of ~eading and pascage of Ordinances, the followinp, Ordinances were rend by title and placed on ~~eir third readings: - AN ORDIN.\NCE; adoptill~ and approving the ";ity Bud;>;et of and for the City of Part An:.;e1es, for the fiscal year, 19~8, and declaring an emergency, It was moved by Commiss ione:r' J.!asters that the fore goin!! ordinance be placed on its final reading and advpted. Seconded by Commissioner Henson. On roll cal i ull mffilhers voted iaye. The Mayor declared the mo~ion carried. I AN ORDINANCE Confirming the estim~te of expenditures for the City of Port hngeles for the year: 1938, and fixing tax levies for said year 19:,8 as here tofore made and levied by the "ity Commission meeting and si tting for thnt purpose on th~ 4th dny of October, 1937, and declaring an emer"enc:,. I It was moved by Commissioner Masters thnt the foregoing ordinance be place'] on its final reading and adopted. Seconded by Commissioner Henson. On roll call all rn.embers voted aye. The Mayor declared the motion carried.
