Roll call of officers showed the following present: Mayor "pI"rson, Commissioners Johnson & Steele, Attorney Wilson and 1 Clerk Law. The minutes of the previous session were read and approved. Under the head of applications for building permits and licenses, the folloyring were granted: p ~o Permits: 5.f'tlO . Seconded by l/.ayor Epperson. All members voted Aye. r,otion carried. The final estimates for construction of Tumwater Trestle for $9,510.01 by Port Construction Company, and Seal .Coating of Cherry Hill by Northwest Pre-Cote, Inc., for $664.36, were presented from the Engineering Dept. and it was moved by Commissioner Johnson that the amounts be allowed. Seconded by Mayor Epperson. All members voted Aye. Motion carried. The report of Police Judge Taylor for the. month of September, of 94 cases tried and $1,425.00 fines oollected, was approved and ordered filed. Light Supt. Lean recommended the installation of a street light en the new Tumwater Trestle, which w as also much approved by the Police Chief, and itwas moved by Commissioner Jchnson that the said light be installed. Seconded by kayor Epparson. All members voted Aye. J,'otion carried. Under the head of introduction of resolutions for the sale of real property by the city, the following was l;introduced: John E. and Ruby O. Waldron Lots 1 to 7 Inclus;,;e, Blk. 129, D. W. ]Jorse's Subdivision of Sub. Lot 8 $750.09 It was moved by Commissioner Steele that the foregoing resolution be approved and the property sold. ,Seconded by COlllllissioner Johnson. All voted Aye.
