The Commission met in regular session at 10 A.M. and was.oalled to order by Mayor Vavis.
Roll oall s howwd the following officers present: Mayor j)avis, Commissi oner Henson,
Attorney ~onniff and Clerk Hawkins.
The minutes of the previous session Vlerelread and approved.
Under the head of Applications for Licenses the following were granted:
Street Shop, 1 Card Table
W. M. Rideout, 1 Card Table
Olympio Cafe & Recreation, 2 Card Tables
J. C. Breitlauch, Master Piumber
Under the head of Unfinished Business,-
The ~ity ~ngineer reported to the ~ommission that he had checked the bids for the
alteration of the City Building at 138 and 140 West Front Street, the bids being as
follows:

The bid of Geo. Taylor appearing to be the lowest and best bid, it was moved by
Commissioner Henson that the contract be awarded to Geo. TaylrnT. Seconded by M~or
Davis. On roll call all members voted aye. The MaYrnT declared the motion earried.
The bids for installing the plumbing were opened and are as follows:
