The Commission met in regular session at 10 a.m. and was oalled to order by Mayor Davis. Rolloall showed the following officers present.Mayor Davis,Commissioner Beam and Filion,Attorney F.L.Plummer and Clerk Hawkins. The minute of the previous session were read and approved. U~der the head of applioations for lioenses the following were granted,- Pete Masi Soft drink $3.33 Polioe Judge Thos Geisness reported 7 oases tried and $91.92 oolleated in fines for the month of Ootober,l932. Report ordered filed. Under the head of New Business the folmuwing resolution was introduced,- RESOLUTION TO SELL PROPERTY ACQUIRED BY FORECLOSURE IVHEREAS, The City of port Angeles Is the owner of the following desoribed real-estate to wit: Lot Nineteen {19).Block Four Hundred Seventeen (417),Townsite of Port Angeles, Clallam County,Washington, which property was acqyired by the foreolosure of delinquent looal improvement assessments under the provisions of Chap.275, Session Law of 1927,and, Whereas , One John Bee has made an offer to purohase said property for the sum of Forty- four and 841100 ($44.84) on terms of $14.84.in cash,$15.00 in six months from the date hereof,and 'balance of $15.00 On or before ~ll,;tober l,1933,with interest on deferred payments at the rate of 7~ per annum,and. Whereas,the City Commission has viewed the property and that the offer is fair value for the property and exoeeds the amount of delinquent improvement assessments. Therefore Be It ReSOlved That the said offer be aaaepted and that the City enter into a oontract with the purchaser for the sale of all the interest the oity holds in said property at said prioe and on said terms; that the oity attorney ie instruoted to prepare a aontract of sale in aooordanoe wit~ the terms herein expressed and that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute said oontraot in aacordance with the provisions of this Resolution and of Chap.275,Session Laws of 1927, inoluding See.4 of said Chapter. It was moved by Commissioner Beam that the foregoing resolution be adopted and that the Mayor and City Clerk be instruoted to exeoute a contract for the sale of said property with John Bee in aooordance with said resolution. Seconded by Commissioner Filion. On roll call all members voted Aye. The Mayor deolared the motion carried. The Commission examined and allowed the following claims and ordered warrants drawn for same,- Street Department, Street Department Street Department J.W.Robertson Fire Department Thos J.Scott Frank C.Twaddle Current Expense Fund Pay roll Pay roll Pay rOll Plumbing Inspector Pay roll Dog Catoher's commissions and fees Special police Water Fund Pay roll .
