Roll call showed the follow1ng officers present: Mayor Robinson, Colll1lissioners <leem a nd Ka.sters, Attorney Johnston and Clerk Hnltins. The IIlinutes of the previous session were resd and approved. Police Judge, W. F. Phillips, reported 111 cases tried and $1446.50 collected in fines for t he month of October, 1943. Report ordered filed. It was moved bf Commissioner lIaaters that the above referred to request be rejected and toot the office engineer be notifisd bf letter. Seconded by Commisaioner Beam.
