Roll call showed the following officers present: l,1ayor Beetle, Commissioners Beam and Lind, Attorney Conniff and Clerk Hawkins. The minutes of the previous session were read and approved. Under the head of Applications for Building Permits and Licenses the follo.dng were granted: Albert Reagin, Build House, Lot 4, Block 16, P.S.C.C. Dick Olin, Build House, Lot 16, Block 552, Townsite Jack Pearson, Build addition to House, Lot 7, Block 204, To.msite Commercial Hotel, Hotel License, 26 Rooms 150.00 2000.00 200.00 26.00 Police Judge, W. F. Phillips, reported 68 cases tried and $621.00 collected in fines for the month of October, 1940. Report ordered filed.
