The Commission met in reguler session at 10 A.~. and was called to order by Mayor Beetle. Roll call
showed the following officers present: l,1ayor Beetle, Commissioners Beam and Lind, Attorney Conniff and
Clerk Hawkins.
The minutes of the previous session were read and approved.
Under the head of Applications for Building Permits and Licenses the follo.dng were granted:
Albert Reagin, Build House, Lot 4, Block 16, P.S.C.C.
Dick Olin, Build House, Lot 16, Block 552, Townsite
Jack Pearson, Build addition to House, Lot 7, Block 204, To.msite
Commercial Hotel, Hotel License, 26 Rooms

Police Judge, W. F. Phillips, reported 68 cases tried and $621.00 collected in fines for the month of
October, 1940. Report ordered filed.
