'call of officers showed the follo"ing present: l':ayor "'pperson, Commissloners Johnson and Steele, and Clerk La". The minutes of the previous session were read and approved. Under the head of applications for building permits and licenses, the following were granted: '!- /.30 6 Building Permits: Tom Millas Paul Stark IGeorge Rogers It. c.. Itenshaw 'llave law Build Two Garaees; lot 10, 31k. 70, Townsite r.:oving House; Lot 13, 3lk. 429, Tovmsite Build Work Shop; Lots 11-12; 3lk. 120, Townsite Remodeling Garage; Lot 18, Blk. 289, Tovmsite Remodel existing dwelling; Lot 17, 81k. 227, Tmmsite Licenses: 1/ -::' ,Harbor Barber Shop One Sarber Chair 1.00 I, Port Angeles Recreation One 3illiard Table 10.001 The Port Angeles Motors notified the Commission in writing that their dealership with International Harvester Company was cancelled October 31st, and they would be unable to make delivery to the City, the K-8 Inter- \ national Dump truck. It was moved b;y COmr.1issioner Johnson that the contract be cancelled and certified "check noVl retained as deposit be returned. Seconded by l:ayor Epperson. All members voted ~,ye. CottleI' of the Rainbow Tavern appeared regarding permit for construction of buildbg and "8S advised that the Commission wDuld be glad to co-operate if he would do likewise regarding certain obligations. I The Port Angeles Recreation, Aloert ~;'. Hoover and lester P. Eichhorn, Proprietors, having sold their interes~ in the said business to Henry W. Menne, requested in writing that their City licenses be transferred to the " new o'lmer. The Police Chief havine approved the transfer, it v,as moved by;.Iayor l>pperson that the request 'lte granted. Seconded by COl1unissioner Steele.
