Proceedings of the City Commission of the City of Port Angeles, Washington

,The Commi ssion met in regular session at 10 :00 A.M., and was called to order by Mayor Epperson. Roll call
of officers showed the following present: Mayor Epperson, Commissioners Steele and Johnson, Attorney
Wilson and Clerk Law.
Minutes of the previous session were read and approved.

;,l1nder the head of unfinished business the bids for la, 15, and 25 K.V.A. transformers were again held over
to'the next session.
,Under the head of new business, the Commission discussed possibilities for better lighting facilities on
Marine Drive by the Fibreboard Mill. After due consideration, it was moved by Commissioner Steele that the
I.Light Superintendent be instructed to order two sodium lights to be installed. Motion seconded by
'COIilmissioner Johnson. All voted Aye. Motion carried.
A letter from K. O. Erickson to the Library Board was presented to the Commission, informing of donation by
Mr. Erickson to the Library, his collection of coins. The Commission requested that letter' be filed, and
Mayor Epperson volunteered to write a letter to Mr. Erickson expressing appreciation of the Commission for
lihe said coin collection.
Light Superintendent Lean and Tom Hutchings, Radio Technician, infonned the Commission that radio inter-
ference is being caused by use of a defective heating pad near Sixth and Francis Streets. The City Attorney
,~as instructed to notify the offenders by registered letter to correct defective appliances or suffer
Iprosecution.
,Under the head of introduction of resolutions for t~e sale of real property by the City, the following was
introduced:

'It .was moved by Commissioner Steele that the foregoing resolution be approved and the property sold.
Seconded by Mayor Epperson. All voted Aye. Motion carried.
