Roll call ahowed the following officers present: lIayor Robinsoh, COIlIIl1asillners Beam and Masters, Attorney Johnston and Clerk Hawkins. The minutes of t he previous session were read and, approved. Under the head of Applications for Building Permits the following were granted: J. 1. Louck, Build Garage, Lot 3, Block 42~, To_site , J. L. Louok, Repair llIYelling, Lot 3, Block 422, TOllIlsite Harry 1I00re, Tear down and move building, Lot 3, Block 69, Townsite 200.00 200.00 50.00 Under the head of Introduction of Ordinances the follOll'ing ordinance was introduced, read in full and placed on its first and second readings: AN ORDINANCE relating to places of refuge, defininf such places, requiring a license for the operation tnereof, providing for the inspection and approval of sucn places, adopting certain regulations, providing for appeals and dsclaring an emergency. The CoDlllission examined and a 1l01l'ed the following claims and ordered warrants drawn for same: CURRENT EIPENSE FUND Lbennore & Knight Co. Headlamp mask 4.67 George's Service Station Tire Repair, etc. 11.97 CUT Treasurer Cash paid for stamps q:2 4.17 J. B. IIathews Glass 1-' 1.16 WATER FUND Hooker Electr.chemical Co.
