The Commission met in regular session at 10:00 A.M." and was called to order by Mayor Epperson. Officers !i present were: Mayor Epperson, Commissioners Steele and Johnson, Attorney Wilson and Clerk Law. , Minutes of the previous session were read and approved. Under the head of applJ;.cations for building permits and licenses the following were granted: c' - Building Permits: t& , . Lean as fol~ows: Westinghouse Electric Supply Co.: Six 10 K.V.A. @ $142.19, Six 15 K.V.A. @ $181.50; General Electric Supply Corp., Three 15 K.V.A. @ $182.28, Two 25 K.V.A. @ $252.00; Graybar Electric Co., Inc.: Four 25 K. V .A. @ $252.00; Line Material Co.: Three 15 K. V .A. @ $182.28, Two 25 K.V.A. @ $252.00. Hangers extra with all bids. It was moved by Commissioner Steele that the bids as recommended be accepted. Seconded by Commissioner Johnson. All members voted Aye. Motion carried. Attorney Wilson infonned the Commission that under certain statutes, Ordinance No. 1200, granting authority and easement to P.U.D. No.1, Crown-Zellerbach Corp, and Rayonier, Inc., to erect and maintain power poles and lines along certain streets and public places, should have been filed for thirty days with one publication before adoption. It was moved by Commissioner Johnson that the said Ordinance No. 1200 be re-filed and passed third and final reading. Seconded by Mayor Epperson. All voted Aye. Motion carried, I I I , Under the head of reading and passage of Ordinances the following was placed on second reading: ORDINANCE NO. 1/)'()f5' vi I IAN ORDINANCE relating to dogs and cats; prohibiting their trespass upon private property under certain conditions; fixing license fees and repealing certain ordinances in conflict herewith. lIt was moved by Commissioner Johnson that the foregoing Ordinance be placed on second reading.
