I'The Conmlission met in regular session at 10:00 A.M., and was called to order by Mayor feeley. Officers
present were: Mayor Feeley, Commissioners Robinson and Taylor and ~lerk Law.

I sufficiently compared and checked to enable decisiun or recommendation. It was decided to postpone award I'

:l,:oford Smith again appeared ragarding driveway on private property near Second alld Cherry Streets,
suggestine that if driveway is to be used by the public, the City should purchase lots, for wi1ich be paid
$600.00. Corudssioner Ta~lor informed that the City should not assume responsibility, as a regullltion alleY'1

"G" Street between 6th and 7th Streets. !.layor Feeley assured that no acticn Vfill be taken wi thout a
thorough investigation.
,IR. VI. Konopka, of the Pacific Transformer Com~allY expressed regret that their bid to fUrnish transformers
'had been .mislaid and not included in the November 23rd opening. Mr. Konopka also assured willingness and
,ability of his Compauy to serve the City, and Vfould appreciate consideration. The Light Supt. was
instructed to consider all bids, and if advisable, the Commission may reject bids and publish a neVf call

Under the head of reVI business, Supt. :Mc1ean requested informetion regarding en-
forcement of Ordinance requirir,g wiring pe nni ts for such installations. The
Commission informed that it is their intention to enforce all Ordinances. The ,
matter was referred to the next session.
T. Bi .Patterson of 'I\lrlIVrater Valley informed tho t the Creel< is breaking through on '
4th and 5th streets, and that he can no longer prevent damage from flooding. That
it ,is the duty of the City to take over for their own protection. Conm,issioner '
).'aylor agreed to look over the 8i tuation.
Commissioner Taylor reQuested that bids be published to furnish for the lIater
Department one shovel and trencher, bids to be opened December 21st. It was moved
by Commissioner Taylor that the said call for bids be published. Seconded by
Commissioner Robinson. All voted Aye. Uotion carried. I
The Commission examined and approved the following claims, and ordered warrants
issued in payment of the same:
