Roll call showed the ,following officers present: Mayor Beetle, Commissioner Lind, Attorney COMHf and Clerk Hawkins. The minutes of the previous session were read and approved. Police Judge, W. F. Phillips, reported 62 cases tried and $492.50 collected L~ fines for the month of November, 1940. Report ordered filed. Under the head of New Business: Mrs. C. B. McD~lell reported in writing that she had transferred her business, the Patterson Hotel, to Phyllis Ihrke and requested that her Hotel License, 1'10.4689, be transferred to the said Phyllis Burke. There being no objections, the Commission instructed the City Clerk to make said transfer as requested.
