The Commission met in regular session at 10 A.k. and was called to order by Mayor Beetle. Roll call
showed the ,following officers present: Mayor Beetle, Commissioner Lind, Attorney COMHf and Clerk
Hawkins.
The minutes of the previous session were read and approved.
Police Judge, W. F. Phillips, reported 62 cases tried and $492.50 collected L~ fines for the month of
November, 1940. Report ordered filed.

'Under the head of Introduction of Ordinances the following ordinances were introduced, read in full and
placed on their first and second readings:

AN ORDINANCE relating to rates and service charges for the use of water supplied by the Ci. ty; repealing
Ordinances No. 867, No. 976, No. 985 and No. 1057; amending Sections 14, 59 and 40 of Ordinance No. 778;
and providing for and declaring an emergency.
Under the head of New Business:
Mrs. C. B. McD~lell reported in writing that she had transferred her business, the Patterson Hotel, to
Phyllis Ihrke and requested that her Hotel License, 1'10.4689, be transferred to the said Phyllis Burke.
There being no objections, the Commission instructed the City Clerk to make said transfer as requested.
The Commission examined and allowed the following claims and ordered warrants drawn for same:
