The Commission met in regular sesGion at 10 A.M., and was called to order by Mayor Robinson. Roll call i shoy'ed the following Officers present" Mayor Robinson, Corrmissioners Beam & Masters, Attorney Johnsbon, and Clerk Hawkins. The minutes of the previous session were read and approved. Recreation Peddler, De c. 15, 16, 17, TiJrce days, Skating rink Swft Drink 30.00 25.00 5.00 Under the head of introducticn of Resolutions, the following were introduced" RESOLUTION ,;' VIEEREAS, the City of Port Angeles is the vroner of the following described real property, having acquired the same by Treasurer's deed dated December 18, 1945, under and by virtue if the authorito' of Section 9395 of 'I Remington's Revised Statutes, Chapter 143 of the laws of 1929, page 385, to-vrit: - ~I Lot Fifteen (15) and Sixteen (16), Block Three Hundred and Two (502), of the Townsite of Port Angeles, Clallarr County, Washington, and ,,-IIHEREAS, John W. Pike has offered to purchase the above described real property- from the City of Povt Angeles for the sum of $250.00, and -NHEREAS, The City Commission has viewed the said property and is of the opinion that the offer is fair valu~ and-at this time it is the best interest of the City that it should be accepted and the sale made. I KOW; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the said offer be accepted and that the City of Port Angeles sell, the I said property at private sale to the said Hohn W. It was moved by Commissioner Haaters that the foregoine resolutions be approved and adopt,ed. Seconded by Commissioner Beam. _ On roll caLL, sll members voted Aye. I AN ORDINANCE vacating certain portions of an alley in the City of Port Angeles, described as folldnis, II to-l'lit, : That portion of the alley running through Block Thirty-fi va of the Townsite of Port ;,ngeles lying and ! being between Lots Nine and Ten on the North of said Alley and Lot Eleven on the South of said alley in said 'Block Thirty-five, Townsite of Port Angeles. I I Under the Head of Introduction of Ordinances the following ordinances were introduced and pa ssed their 1st and 2nd reading. ' AN CRDINANCE setting forth an emergency affecting the public health and safety; requiring expenditures un-I foreseen; providing for the issuance of emergency vrarrants, and declaring an emergency making the ordinance I immediately effective.
