Roll call of officers shm,ed the following present: Mayor Epperson, Commissioners Steele and Johnson, Attorney Wilson and Clerk law. It was finally I '.moved by Commissioner Johnson that the bid by Pacific state Cast Iron Pipe!:o. for 15,000 feet of 2" @ 49~ 'be accepted; That Marckmann and Williams be awarded contract for 2,000 feet of 8" @ $2.86; and American Cast Iron Pipe Co.. for 2,500 feet of 8" @ $2.129, 1,000. feet of 10".@S2.886, and 1,500 feet of 12" @ $3.655. 'Motion seconded by Mayor. Epperson. . All voted Aye. V.otion carried. i, Bids to furnish gasoline to the City Departments for 1948 were discussed by the Commission, and all being "the same, it was agreed to have drawing to decide award. The General Petroleum Corp., being drawn, it was moved by Commissioner Johnson that the gasoline contract be awarded to the said Company at $.221 and $.201, I I,all tax included, and that the Richfield Oil Corp. be awarded contract for Diesel Oil. liotion seconded by Commissioner Steele. The request was granted. I I Kr. Lou Kiszak informed the Comnission he was negotiating for lots where he intenos I to build a garage for his busses. After dis cussion and study of diagrams, it was 'decided that wildings would conform with ordinance reCJ.uirements. I The report of Police Judge Taylor for the Month of November, shm'nng 125 cases tried and $1,926.00 collected was approved and ordered filed. Under the head of introduction of resolutions for the sale of real property by the City, the fellowing was introduced: Albert Clevenger Lots 15 and. 14, Elk. 1, Aldvrell's Subd. of Sub. Lot 35, Port Aneeles Townsite 125.00 It was moved by Commissioner Steele that the foregoing resolution be approved and the property sold. Seconded by Mayor Epperson. All voted Aye. Motion carried.
