City Manager Reports: o 2004 Year-End Project Status Report (Page 69) - Councilmember Pittis urged Council's review of work plan to be followed by prioritization M. EXECUTIVE SESSION (As needed and determined by City Attorney) - Under authority ofRCW 42.30.11O(i), to discuss with Legal Counsel matters relating to agency litigation or potential litigation; 42.30.11O(c), to consider possible purchase of real estate; and 42.30.11O(g), to consider an employee evaluation - 8: 10 p.m. for approximately one hour with no action anticipated N. ADJOURNMENT I 9:50 p.m. PUBLIC HEARINGS Public hearings are set by the City Council in order to meet legal requirements pertaining to matters such as, land use permit applications, proposed amendments to City land use regulations, zoning changes, annexations. In addition, the City Council may set a public hearing in order to receive public input prior to making decisions which impact the citizens. Certain matters may be controversial, and the City Council may choose to seek public opinion through the public hearing process.
