A moment of silence was observed in recognition of the passing of Ann Brewer. Gary Gleason thanked the Public Works Department for its efforts in saving the Waterfront Trail this winter. Paul Lamoureux addressed the Council regarding the use of LIDs, and asked that at a future meeting Director Cutler give a report regarding adding to the pool. FINANCE 1.
