EXECUTIVE SESSION (As needed and determined by City Attorney) – RCW 42.30.140(4)(b) discuss position to be taken during collective bargaining; RCW 42.30.110(1) (i) To discuss with legal counsel representing the agency matters relating to potential litigation. – 8:05 p.m. for approximately one hour with no action to follow. In addition, the City Council may set a public hearing in order to receive public input prior to making decisions which impact the citizens. Certain matters may be controversial, and the City Council may choose to seek public opinion through the public hearing process.
