Manager Madsen made the following changes & additions to the agenda: Setting a date to hear the Farmers Market appeal (later set date of December 5, 2005, 6:00 p.m.); added Agenda Item E.5. - surplus of vehicles and equipment; removed Item H.3. on compression brakes pending further discussion with trucking industry, moved Item D.6. to City Manager's report. (2) PUBLIC COMMENT This is an opportunity for members of the public to speak to the City Council about anything.
