A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City
of Port Angeles, Washington, fixing the time
and place of hearing upon the assessment roll
for Local Improvement District No. 207.

WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Local Improvement District
No. 207 has been prepared an filed with the City Clerk, and the
City Council now desires to fix the time and place for hearing
thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PORT ANGELES, WASHINGTON, as follows:
Section 1. Tuesday, the 17th day of February, 1987, at
7:00 P.M. at Meeting Room #160, Clallam County Courthouse, 223
East Fourth Street, in the City of Port Angeles, Washington, is
hereby fixed as the time and place for hearing upon the assess-
ment roll for Local Improvement District No. 207.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of the time and place of said hearing at least fifteen (15) days
before the date fixed therefor by mailing to the owners or re-
puter owners of the property with Local Improvement District
No. 207 whose names appear on the assessment roll at the ad-
dresses shown on the tax rolls of the County Treasurer and, in
addition thereto, to cause said notice to be published once a
week for two consecutive weeks in the Port Angeles Daily News,
the last publication to be at least fifteen (15) days before the
date fixed for such hearing.

ISSUE: Should a resolution calling for a public hearing on the final assessment
roll for the Campbell Avenue Sewer Extension LID No. 207 be adopted?
BACKGROUND/ANAL YSIS: The construction project has been completed in
accordance with the plans and specifications and all the final costs are known.
(see attached sheet)
RECOMMENDATION: It is the recommendation of the Public Works Department
that the attached resolution establishing February 3, 1987, as the date for the
public hearing on the assessment roll for LID No. 207.
