RESOLUTION NO. 3-92
A RESOLUTION of the city of Port Angeles
setting a hearing date for a petition
to vacate that portion of Vine Street
abutting Lots 1, Block 21, PSCC 2nd.

WHEREAS, the owners of interest in Lot 1, Block 21,
Sound cooperative Colony's Second Addition to the Townsite
have filed a petition with the City Clerk to
ake vacation of that portion of Vine Street abutting said lot;

WHEREAS, said petition appears to have been signed by
he owners of more than two-thirds of the property abutting upon
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
ITY OF PORT ANGELES as follows:
[Section 1. The petition and request to make such
acation shall be heard and determined by this Council on the
8th day of February, 1992, which is not more than sixty (60)
ays nor less than twenty (20) days hereafter.
Section 2. The city Clerk is hereby directed to give
ILwenty (20) days notice of the pendency of said petition
~ccording to the provisions of RCW 35.79.020.
