A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Port Angeles,
Washington fixing the time and place for hearing upon the
assessment roll for Local Improvement District No. 198.
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Local Improvement District No. 198
has been prepared and filed with the City Clerk and the City Council now
desires to fix the time and place for hearing thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Port Angeles, Washington, as follows:
Sectioh 1. That Wednesday, the 16th day of February, 1977, at 7:30
PM at the City Council Chambers in the City of Port Angeles, be.~~ the same

date fixed therefor by mailing to the owners, or reputed owners, of the pro-
perty within Local Improvement District No. 198 whose names appear on the
assessment roll at the addresses shown on the tax rolls of the County Treasurer
and in addition thereto to cause said notice-to be published in five issues of
the official newspaper of the city, the last publication to be at least fifteen
days before the date fixed for such hearing.
PASSED by the Council of the City of Port Ange~es, Washington, and
approved by its Mayor at a regular meeting of said City Council held this 2nd
