WHEREAS, due to traffic it has been found necessary for the safety, welfare and convenience of travel that Cherry Street from 8th "Street to 15th Street be designated as an arterial way: now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ANGELES, as follows: 1. That Cherry Street from the South boundary line of 8th Street to the South boundary of 15th Street be, and t~e same is hereby, established and designated as an arterial way. 2. That the City Police and Engineering Departments of the City of Port Angeles post proper signs on said Cherry Street so that the public will be thoroughly informed that said street is an arterial way. 3. That this resolution be published in the official newspaper of the City of Port Angeles so that the public will be duly informed as to the status of said street.
