A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of
Port Angeles providing for the institution of
proceedings to vacate certain portions of Wolcott
Street and Seventh Street in Cresthaven in Port
Angeles, Washington.
WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Council
signed by the owners of all of the property abutting on portions
of Wolcott Street and Seventh Street in Port Angeles, Washington,
that the petitioners seek to vacate; and whereas, under the applic-
able statutes of the State of Washington, the city Council is re-
quired upon the presention of said petition to fix a time when the
petition will be heard and determined; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT
ANGELES that a public he~~ing will be held on the ~ day o~,
1967, at ~ P.M., in the Council Chamber at the Police Station
located at Front and Oak Streets, City of Port Angeles, which hear-
ing the public is invited to attend, to consider the advisability
of adopting an ordinance vacating the following parts of Wolcott
Street and Seventh Street in the City of Port Angeles, Washington:
That part of Wolcott Street from the center line
of the sixth-seventh alley (the alley between
Sixth and Seventh Street) southerly to the North
margin of Lauridsen Boulevard; also that part of
Seventh street from the west margin of Wolcott
street Westerly to the East boundary of Cresthaven
as recorded on pages 16-17, Volume 5 of Plats,
records of Clallam County, Washington.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is directed
to post notices in three of the most public places in the City of
Port Angeles and a like notice in a conspicuous place on those
portions of t'l61cott Street and Seventh Street sought to be vacated,
at least t,qenty ,(20) days prior to the hearing date, said notices
to contain a statement that a petition has been filed to vacate
those portions of ;Molcott Street and Seventh street described in

the notice together with a statement of the time and place fixed
for the hearing of the petition.

NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR VACATION OF STREETS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a petition has been filed
e with the City Council of the City of Port Angeles asking for the

vacation of the following portions of Wolcott Street and Seventh
Street in the City of Port Angeles, Washington:
That part of Wolcott street from the center line
of the sixth-seventh alley (the alley between
Sixth and Seventh Street) southerly to the North
margin of Lauridsen Boulevard; also that part of
Seventh Street from the West margin of Wolcott
Street Westerly to the East boundary of Cresthaven
as recorded on pages 16-17, Volume 5 of Plats,
records of Clallam County, Washington.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a public hearing will be
held on the 1st:' day of .loNE ,1967, at 7,'...JO P.M., in the
Council Chamber at the Police Station located at Front and Oak
Streets in the City of Port Angeles, Washington, by the City
Council of the City of Port Angeles to consider the advisability
of adopting an ordinance vacating those portions of Wolcott Street
and Seventh street in the City of Port Angeles described above and
as requested by said petition.
ALL PERSONS INTERESTED or concerned are invited to appear
at said hearing and resist Or object to the granting of said petition
if they desire to do so.
