A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Port Angeles
fixing the time and place for hearing upon the assessment
roll for Local Improvement. District No. 187
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Local Improvement District
187 has been prepared and the City Council now desires to fix
la time and place for hearing thereon: now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port Angeles'l

That the City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of the time and place of said hearing at least fifteen days
before the date fixed therefore by mailing to the owners, or

reputed owners, of the property whose names appear on the assessment
~oll at the addresses shown on the tax roll of the County Treasurer,

t~nd in addition thereto to cause said notice to be published in two
consecutive issues of the Peninsula Herald, the last publication to

be

at least fifteen days before the date fixed for such hearing.
PASSED by the Council of the City of Port Ange!es, Washington
~nd approved by its Mayor at a regular meeting of said City Council

At the regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Port
Angeles, Washington, which will be held at the hour of 7:30 p.m.
on May 19, 1966, the City Council will consider and act upon a
resolution approving and authorizing the execution of a Coopera-
tion Agreement with the Housing Authority of the County of C1a11am
pursuant to Section 35~83~030 (10), Revised Code of Washington.
