BE IT RESOLVED BY 'rHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ANGELES t \vASHING'l'ON, AS FOLLOh'S: section 1. That it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Port Angeles, washington, .to order the improvement of First Street between Lincoln Street and Alder Street by the widening of First Street 4 feet on each side of the existing pavement, by the removal and replacement of street lighting,sign supports, (:ud'S and gutters, by grading t ballasting' and palling v:i th asphaitic concrete and by adjusting drainage and other structures and perfo~ming all other work necessary in connection ~ith the imprOV8li1ents describe-d in this resolution. section 2. The property benefited by the proposec improvement shall include the area within.the -city bounded as folloy's: BEGINNING at a point which is the intersection of the centerlillGS of Lincoln and First Streets; thence northerly along the centerline of Lincoln Street to the centerline of the Alley between First and Front Streets; thence easterly along the centerline of said Alley to the centerline of Alder Street; thence southerly along the . centerl ine of i'llc1cr Street to the centerline of the l\.lley bet\-lcen Firs t anc: Second Streets; thence vlesterly along the centerline of said Alley to the centerline of Lincoln St.reet; thGnce. northerly ~.long the cent-.crline of Lincoln Street to the centerline of First Street, the point of beginning.
