RESOLUTION NO.//-$l
WHEREAS, the City of Port Angeles entered into a contract
with Fibreboard Products Incorporated covering the sale of elec-
trical energy to the Company, which contract was dated October 1,
1956, a f;l,d ,
WHEREAS, said contract provided that the terms and con-
ditiens therein would apply to the successors and assigns of said
Company, and,

WHE~EAS, said Fib~eboard Products Incorporated was succeeded

by Flbreboard Paper Pr0ducts Corporation, and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of said Fibreboard Paper Products.
Corporation that a new contract be entered into effective as of
the same date applicable te the original contr~ct he~ein referred
to, ancl,
WHEREAS, said contract has been ,prepared for execution,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Port Angeles that the Mayor and City Manager are hereqy
authorized to execute said contract between the City apd Fibre~
board Paper Products Corporation, a Delaware Corporation, covering
the sale of 5,000 kilowatts of firm power as contemplated under the
original contract herein referred too
