RESOLUTION NO. / / - 1.0 /
A RESOLUTION of the City of Port Angeles providing for
the acquisition from Clallam County of certain
properties subject to local improvement assessments.
WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.49.l50 authorizes the City to ac-
quire property from the County which the County had acquired
at a sale for general taxes and which is subject to L.I.D.
assessments; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City that
property listed on the attached list be acquired by the L.I.D.
Guaranty Fund to be held as an investment and later sold; now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port
Angeles that the property listed on the attached list be ac-
quired by the City L. I.D. Guaranty Fund by paying to the County
the face amount of outstanding taxes and costs, without penalty
or interest.
PASSED by the Council of the City of Port Angeles this
17th day of August, 1961.
