Willson (Designated OHicial) be and he is hereby authorized to execute and file an application on behalf of the City of Port Angeles (1::I:act Legal Corporate Name of Applicant) with the Economic Development Administration, U.S. Department of Commerce, for a supplementary grant and/or loan to aid in financing the construction of (Brief Project Description) connecting sewers, trunk lines, force mains and pumping stations to serve as a collection system to transport domestic sewage to a sewer treatment plant. These lines, mains and pumps will be located near the water front, from the east city limits to just west of the base of Ediz Hook, the length of approximately four miles. They will inter- cept and pick up thirteen previous sewage outfalls so that this sewage can be transported to the sewer treatment plant. '. 2. Thar Charles R.
