RESOLUTION NO. n - '3Y-
A RESOLUTION of the City Council of
the City of Port Angeles calling
for a public hearing pertaining
to the disposal of surplus City
property.
WHEREAS, under the terms of RCW 39.33.020 and PAMC 2.60,
prior to disposing of surplus City property the City Council must
hold a public hearing and determine by motion that the property is
no longer necessary, and
WHEREAS, it has been proposed that the City dispose of
the property described in the attached Exhibit A, which is
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PORT ANGELES as follows:
1. A public hearing pertaining to the disposal of the
property described in the attached Exhibit A will
be held at the Council's regular meeting room at
the Clallam County Courthouse, 223 East Fourth
Street, Port Angeles, Washington 98362 on the
3rd day of April, 1984, at 7:00 p.m.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause to be
published a public notice of reasonable size and
display advertising form setting forth the date,
time and place of the hearing, at least ten (10)
days but not more than twenty-five (25) days prior
to such hearing. Further, the City Clerk is
directed to disseminate a news release pertaining to
the hearing to the printed and electronic media.
3. Both the public notice and news release must iden-
tify the property using a description which can
easily be understood by the public and must

describe the proposed use of the land involved, as
are set forth in the attached Exhibit A.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Angeles
at a regular meeting of the Council held on the 20th day of
March, 1984.
