A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Port
Angeles fixing the time and place for hearing upon
the assessment roll for Local Improvement District
No. 180

WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Local Improvement District
No. 180 has been prepared and the City Council now desires to fix
a time and place for hearing thereon; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVeD by the City Council of the City of Port
Angeles, Washington as follows:
Section 1. That Thursday, the 7th day of February, 1963,
at 7:30 o'clock P.M. of said date, in the Council Chamber at 120
North Oak Street in the City of Port Angeles be, and the same is
hereby, fixed as the time and place for hearing upon the assess-
ment roll for Local Improvement District No. 180.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to give
notice of the time and place of said hearing at least fifteen
days before the date fixed therefore by mailing to the owners,
or reputed owners, of the property whose names appear on the
assessment roll at the addresses shown on the tax roll of the
County Treasurer, and in addition thereto to cause said notice
to be published in two consecutive issues of the Peninsula Herald,
the last publication to be at least fifteen days before the date
fixed for such hearing.
PASSED by the Council of the City of Port Angeles, Wash-
tii ington and approved by its Mayor at a regular meeting of said
City Council held this 20th day of December 1962.
