A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the
City of Port Angeles designating a
representative and an alternate to
represent the City in the formation of
the Participants Committee provided
for in the Participants Agreement with
the Washington Public Power Supply
System to which the City is a party.
WHEREAS the City is a party to an agreement referred
to as Participants Agreement between the Washington Public Power
Supply System and various municipal corporations and other agen-
cies involved in the supplying of power, and said agreement pro-
vides for the appointment of a committee which has extensive
review authority over all phases of construction, maintenance and
operation of nuclear projects No. 4 and 5 under the terms of said
agreement; and
WHEREAS it is necessary that this committee now be
formed, and this requires the designation by the City Council of
a person or entity and an alternate to represent the City in con-
nection with the formation of said committee and related matters;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Port Angeles as follows:
Section 1.

is hereby
designated to represent the City of Port Angeles in connection
with the forming of the Participants Committee called for by the
Participants Agreement referred to above, and (!!oC/#e/L#~hV
.:)OIlN Ii. IIOR D yk is hereby designated as the alternate repre-
sentative of the City in this connection. Either named designee
shall have the authority to represent and vote on behalf of the
City of Port Angeles under the provisions of said Participants

Agreement relating to the Participants Committee provided for by
said agreement, including the voting for members on said committee,
and after the committee is formed, the designation of a committee
member to represent the City's share.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Angeles
and approved by its Mayor at a regular meeting of the Council
held on the 3rd day of August, 1976.
