A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Port Angeles,
Washington, adopting the Six-Year Transportation Improvement
Program.
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 35.77.010 and RCW 36.81.121, the City of Port
angeles is required to update its Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program annually; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said laws, the City Council of the City of Port Angeles,
Yashington being the legislative body of said City, did hold a public hearing on the review and
evision of its Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program on the 5th day of July, 1995; and
WHEREAS, all written and oral objections to the Comprehensive Plan, as prepared
~y the City of Port Angeles, Washington, relative to the Transportation Improvement Program
Or the ensuing six years within the City of Port Angeles, Washington, were considered:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port
angeles, Washington, that the Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program, as prepared by
he City Engineer, dated July, 1995, for the City of Port Angeles, Washington, be and the same
hereby adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Transportation Improvement Program for
[e ensuing six years, together with this Resolution, shall be filed, using the electronic format
,n a microcomputer diskette, with the Secretary of Transportation of the State of Washington.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Angeles at a regular meeting of said
~'ouncil held on the 5th day of July, 1995.
