Home My WebLink About16-81 e e 1/I.-J'2 RESOLUTION NO. /(,- PI A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Port Angeles authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract between the City and a contractor for the provision of janitorial services. WHEREAS, the City of Port Angeles has advertised for bids for the performance of janitorial services for the city buildings; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Port Angeles has awarded such contract to Action Building Maintenance; and WHEREAS, it is desired that this contract be prepared and executed by both parties and effective upon May 11, 1981; and WHEREAS, it is therefore impossible for the contract to be executed by the City Council before its next City Council meeting; now therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ANGELES that the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute a properly prepared contract between the City of Port Angeles and Action Building Maintenance, for the purpose of the performance of janitorial services for the City of Port Angeles.
